The Private Risk Advisor sells and renews insurance accounts, builds client relationships, communicates effectively, and achieves monthly business goals.

Provide account management and customer service for personal lines clients: prepare applications, certificates, endorsements, and reports; enter and analyze data in insurance systems; support advisors and client service teams; process audits and expirations; and complete special projects to improve processes.

Lead homeowner product strategy and execution: launch products, manage P&L and rate filings, partner with actuarial/analytics, ensure regulatory approvals, manage CAT exposure, and mentor junior staff.

Lead business analysis for AI-driven voice and automation initiatives: gather and document requirements, translate business needs into technical/functional specs, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, support testing and launch readiness, track risks and timelines, and identify process improvement and automation opportunities.

The Inside Sales Advisor drives pipeline growth and revenue by engaging prospective clients, closing inbound opportunities, and delivering a consultative sales experience. Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, engaging leads, conducting discovery conversations, and nurturing client relationships.

Advocate for high-net-worth clients on complex personal lines claims (homes, autos, watercraft, collections, excess liability). Establish claims protocols, monitor reserves and handling quality, coordinate carriers and vendors, provide status reporting, mentor junior staff, and support business development and retention.

Manage small-business renewal accounts end-to-end: log client data, market policies, obtain quotes, liaise with carriers/wholesalers, bind coverage, handle endorsements/billing/certificates, and improve internal systems to retain clients.

Advise clients and internal teams on employee benefits compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125, MHPAEA). Conduct compliance reviews, interpret regulations, develop client-facing resources and trainings, deliver presentations/webinars, collaborate with legal and vendors, support senior compliance initiatives, and maintain compliance tools and corrective action strategies.
