The Senior AI Consultant leads the development of AI-enabled consulting services, drives business growth, and engages clients to implement AI solutions in environmental consulting and engineering projects.

Design and integrate SCADA, protection, control, and communications for substations. Prepare schematics, specifications, BOMs, reports, and cost estimates. Lead project tasks, develop proposals, mentor junior staff, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and support client relationships. Occasional fieldwork and site commissioning required.

Lead SCADA design and integration for power delivery projects, prepare specifications, wiring diagrams, and BOMs, and design power, controls, and communications. Provide technical leadership, manage tasks and project scopes, mentor staff, coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams, and support PLC/HMI programming, relay/RTU configuration, and commissioning. Expect occasional field travel and adherence to safety requirements.
