Audit interns gain hands-on experience with audit, review, and compilation engagements, applying vouching, tracing, and reconciliation techniques to employee benefit plans and financial statements. They assist with engagement planning, documentation, finalization, and deadlines while developing professional auditing skills through mentorship, client visits, and shadowing experienced professionals. The internship runs full-time in the Bellevue office from June 21 to August 13, 2027.

Assists clients with tax planning, tax research, and analysis; prepares business and individual tax returns and related documents; evaluates tax implications and identifies ways to minimize tax burdens. Partners with tax professionals to develop practical client recommendations and strengthen advisory skills. The role requires CPA licensure credit completion by January 2027, strong written and verbal communication, creative problem-solving, and U.S. work authorization without current or future sponsorship.

Lead GASB-based audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion. Manage engagement teams, review workpapers and financial statements, assess engagement risk, maintain client relationships, mentor staff, support practice growth and proposal activity, meet $100K new-billings goal, present technical training, research technical issues, and complete required CPE.
