Supports affordable housing property operations by managing rent collection, invoices, deposits, reconciliations, financial reporting, LIHTC and HUD compliance, leasing, resident service, inspections, and leasing-team mentoring. Uses Yardi and Microsoft Office while supporting the Community Manager and maintaining housing authority relationships. Requires residential leasing or property management experience, LIHTC knowledge, accounting skills, fair housing knowledge, and schedule flexibility.
