Manage inbound and outbound communications with prospective students from inquiry through enrollment. Build rapport, guide initial enrollment steps, document interactions in Salesforce, navigate CRM/SIS and other systems, collaborate with team members, and support admissions processes to help students make informed decisions.

Manage design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of custom Workday reports, dashboards, and integrations. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define requirements, ensure data integrity, troubleshoot report issues, perform audits and reconciliations, and support release impact analysis, documentation, and training to drive HR reporting, planning, and compliance across multiple affiliates.

Support information security, governance, risk, and compliance by evaluating and improving controls, administering GRC and third-party risk tools, preparing for audits and CMMC/NIST compliance, testing ITGCs, and collaborating with stakeholders to remediate gaps and manage vendor risk.

Lead end-to-end digital analytics across websites, products, and campaigns: implement and govern event and conversion tracking, ensure data integrity, build dashboards, connect campaign and CRM data to full-funnel outcomes, generate actionable insights, and support AI-enabled reporting and experimentation to improve conversion and user experience.
