Own the end-to-end customer experience for data, IoT, and AI products, integrating product strategy, UI/UX, design systems, and program management. Translate BRDs into execution-ready experience guidance, define and monitor success metrics, ensure launch and customer‑facing readiness, partner with analytics and customer success, and communicate experience health, adoption, and risks to leadership.

Lead automation projects across design, engineering, implementation, commissioning and lifecycle support. Serve as technical authority for control systems (DCS), provide cybersecurity and operational support, collaborate with sites and vendors, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and travel for commissioning as needed.

Responsible for conducting risk assessments, developing safety standards, providing technical support, conducting audits, offering training, and maintaining ARA software.
