Generate outbound pipeline through email, phone, and LinkedIn prospecting; research accounts, develop tailored messaging, test outreach strategies, manage leads, analyze performance metrics, and coordinate qualified handoffs with Commercial Account Executives. Leads Zoom’s global People Experience Operations infrastructure, including a ServiceNow HRSD rebuild, Workday integrations, tiered service architecture, AI automation, process harmonization, governance, reporting, and executive dashboards. Owns metrics such as SLA attainment, deflection, first-contact resolution, CSAT, and ROI. Partners with Payroll, Legal, IT, Engineering, and People CoEs while coaching global operations teams and serving as deputy to the Global Head of PX Operations.

Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise Zoom customers. Manage complex escalations, provide architecture and service optimization consultations, translate customer requirements into feature requests, and represent the customer internally. Build trusted relationships, collaborate with Customer Success Managers and account teams, support product adoption, and drive resolution of networking, unified communications, video conferencing, and CCaaS challenges while managing multiple technical initiatives.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for Federal clients, design and demo Zoom-based collaboration and telephony solutions, implement proofs of concept, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and translate customer needs into product recommendations and feature requests. Support Account Executives throughout the sales cycle and maintain advanced proficiency across video, voice, networking, security, APIs/SDKs, and AI.

Sell Zoom's Workplace Platform to midmarket customers by prospecting, managing inbound leads, upselling existing accounts, delivering demos and proposals, conducting QBRs, engaging C-level executives, qualifying needs, and coordinating technical resources to close deals.
