Manage enterprise customer lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, build relationships across global stakeholders, drive adoption and value, analyze health data to mitigate churn, coordinate internal teams for solutions, and identify upsell and expansion opportunities while maintaining accurate account data.

Work with Sales and Customer Success to configure demo environments, integrate third-party tools, parse RFIs/RFPs, and deliver tailored product demos. Serve as a product expert, present roadmap/features to technical and non-technical audiences, suggest sales lifecycle improvements, and collaborate across US and UK teams.
