Own North American business development for IMOS design-to-manufacturing software, targeting furniture, cabinetry, kitchen and bath, and office furniture manufacturers. Drive new business sales for Cyncly’s SaaS solutions in the furniture and residential market. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through close, develop pipeline through outbound prospecting and networking, maintain accurate CRM data, meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets, and attend trade shows to identify prospects and present solutions.

Manage flooring-industry client accounts as the primary liaison, strengthening relationships, driving software adoption, identifying upsell and new-lead opportunities, and achieving sales quotas. Responsibilities include documenting interactions in Salesforce, attending client meetings, trade shows, training, and sales events, and maintaining travel schedules. The role requires B2B sales or account management experience, customer-focused communication, and travel several times per year.

Lead and own global hosting and infrastructure operations across cloud (Azure), co-location, and hybrid environments. Manage major incident response, reliability, capacity planning, M&A infrastructure integrations, core infrastructure projects, security/compliance (SOC2, GDPR), and a distributed hosting operations team. Drive observability, automation, and DR readiness while partnering with enterprise architecture, security, and senior leadership to deliver scalable, secure hosting services.

Lead global paid media and ABM efforts to drive top-of-funnel demand across SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise. Own channel strategy, measurement, and budget allocation across LinkedIn, Meta, Google and Bing.
