Leads partner sales strategy and revenue growth across the Americas. Responsibilities include recruiting and managing partner sales teams, developing strategic system integrator and reseller relationships, enabling partners, driving complex sales cycles, forecasting performance through CRM systems, managing pipelines, and representing the company at industry events. The role requires strong enterprise software or fintech partner sales leadership, negotiation, presentation, relationship-building, and direct selling skills. English fluency is required; Spanish or Portuguese is desirable.

Drive regional revenue by recruiting, onboarding, and managing strategic partners. Develop joint sales strategies, lead partner-led and direct selling efforts, use CRM and sales tools to track performance, overcome buyer resistance, strengthen customer relationships via partners, and monitor market and competitor trends to position Temenos solutions.

Hunt and close new-logo enterprise deals with U.S. regional banks ($15B-$50B assets). Develop territory strategy, build C-level relationships, lead complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, partner with pre-sales and services, displace incumbents, and consistently exceed revenue and new-logo targets.
