Leads RentSpree’s Data organization across data engineering, data science, analytics, and strategy. Owns the data and ML roadmap, analytics self-service, experimentation standards, governance, data quality, vendor strategy, and GTM data foundation. Own and scale the sales enablement system for integrations: create playbooks, technical intakes, runbooks, checklists, and AI workflows; train and coach CSMs; maintain vendor/RESO integration specs; monitor Launch Velocity KRs; coordinate between CSMs, Solutions Architects, Engineering, and Product to make partner integrations repeatable and scalable.
