Develop new business and maintain customer relationships for custom cable and electromechanical solutions. Conduct prospecting, on-site visits, presentations, and demos; collaborate with engineering and operations to deliver solutions; manage CRM, forecasts, and sales strategy to meet revenue targets.

Provide functional and technical Epicor ERP support across the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, testing, data migration, training, go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for manufacturing operations, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsible for developing and executing business development strategies, managing sales pipelines, maintaining client relationships, and reporting on sales performance to drive growth.
