Perform audits, analyze data, build dashboards using GCP and Excel, recommend process improvements, collaborate with stakeholders, support investigations, and develop policies and reporting for underwriting quality assurance.

Manage daily general ledger accounting for cash receipts, disbursements, fixed assets, and tax compliance. Serve as Workday process owner for Expenses and Supplier Accounts, oversee payment operations, reconciliations, audits, controls, and year-end activities. Lead process improvements, system enhancements, budgeting, and a team of accounting staff while partnering with Finance, AP, Payroll, IT, and operational teams.

Manage and execute internal audits across a multi-state organization to strengthen controls, identify improvement opportunities, lead audit staff, coordinate with external auditors, present findings to management, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and professional audit standards.
