Lead operations for Uline’s Washington branch, overseeing Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT, and Facilities departments. Supervise department performance, maintain distribution center standards, support recruitment and retention, manage employee relations, and provide hands-on senior leadership with accountability through performance feedback.

Manage and grow customer accounts within a territory, conduct customer meetings, provide business solutions, and deliver customer service with sales support. No prior sales experience is required; training and mentorship are provided. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, valid driver’s license, strong communication and presentation skills, and a good driving record.

Paid, full-time summer outside sales internship working side-by-side with account managers to grow territory accounts through one-on-one customer visits, presentations, and weekly team mentorship and training. Interns deliver customer service, support sales growth, and may be considered for full-time roles after graduation.
