Drive new business sales by building consultative relationships with brokers, agents and distributors across the Washington DC/Maryland region. Manage pipeline, forecasting and reporting (Salesforce), collaborate with internal teams, conduct presentations and seminars, influence RFPs, and meet annual new business, growth and reenrollment targets.

This role engages with Managing General Agents and National Brokerage partnerships to drive significant sales and revenue growth, develop strategic plans, and maintain key relationships, requiring extensive experience in Group Medical and Employee Benefits.
