The Principal will advise clients on capital structure and formation, build relationships, support transaction execution, and enhance market intelligence alongside product development teams.

Lead implementation of internal tech and automation: build integrations, API/webhook connectors, and AI/ML tools to optimize marketing, sales, and operations. Own data pipelines, deploy automations (Zapier, n8n, Make), and align technical infrastructure with growth and revenue goals across cross-functional teams.

Lead financial modeling and execution for tax equity investments (partnership flip and T-flip). Build, audit, and stress-test models; prepare investment committee materials; analyze sponsor and project risks; support structuring, negotiations, portfolio monitoring, process improvements, and integrate AI-enabled tools.

Lead execution of tax equity and preferred equity investments, negotiate transaction documents, prepare Investment Committee materials, review financial models, collaborate with Legal/Tax/Risk, manage sponsor and investor relationships, mentor junior staff, and use AI-enabled tools to streamline diligence and execution.
