As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll collaboratively deliver innovative solutions, working closely with clients to tackle complex projects and drive real impact using ElevenLabs’ technologies.

Lead and scale a global go-to-market enablement function: define strategy, onboarding, technical/product/outbound training, certification, and measurement frameworks; embed AI fluency and automations; partner cross-functionally to improve seller performance and revenue.

Own the strategy and end-to-end execution of industry conferences, executive gatherings, and meetups across North America. Responsibilities include securing sponsorships, managing budgets and logistics, leading on-site activations, coordinating with marketing, sales, partnerships, and product teams, and analyzing event performance to improve ROI, brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Manage the Enterprise Deployment team’s workflow, staffing, performance tracking, recruiting coordination, onboarding, meetings, OKRs, team gatherings, and cross-functional alignment. The Chief of Staff will optimize team efficiency, thoughtfully allocate people to projects, identify performance or coverage gaps, and serve as a trusted liaison to organizational leaders. This is a fully remote global role, with London preferred.

Embed with enterprise customers to design and build AI-powered creative workflows using ElevenLabs tools. Produce reference content, prototypes, templates, and case studies; train and consult with creative teams; inform product roadmap with field insights; evangelize the platform externally.

Manage complex enterprise RFP and bid responses from qualification through submission. Coordinate sales, solutions engineering, legal, security, and other contributors across deadlines and time zones. Develop response strategies, interpret evaluation criteria, edit technical and commercial content, ensure compliance, and improve proposal workflows using AI and automation. Build reusable templates, processes, and tooling to increase proposal quality and efficiency.

Conduct outbound prospecting to U.S. government and public-sector agencies through calls, email, social media, and events. Research agencies, stakeholders, procurement activity, budgets, and modernization initiatives; personalize campaigns; generate qualified opportunities; and collaborate with government sales leadership and account executives. Use AI agents and automated workflows for research, enrichment, sequencing, and monitoring. Track performance metrics, analyze market feedback, and help build the company’s government outbound strategy.

Lead the global enterprise RFP function, deciding which strategic opportunities to pursue, shaping winning response strategies, coordinating sales, product, security, legal, and executive stakeholders, and leading finalist presentations. Build an AI-first proposals engine through improved processes, tooling, automation, and pursuit intelligence. Manage a small global team initially and scale the function over time while strengthening ElevenLabs’ enterprise sales capabilities.

Own and expand a focused portfolio of strategic North American enterprise accounts. Close and scope complex, multi-product seven-figure deals, build executive relationships, drive land-and-expand motions, feed product insights to roadmap, and partner cross-functionally to deliver outcomes and repeatable frameworks.

Lead creative strategy and build scalable AI-powered creative systems for performance marketing. Design static and video ads, run experimentation across major acquisition channels, analyze results with performance tools, and optimize creative workflows and templates to drive acquisition at scale.
