Own complex global People Operations programs from planning through go-live and handoff, including geographic expansion, entity formation, M&A integrations, EOR and vendor transitions, and payroll migrations. Lead and build Harvey's public sector legal function: advise go-to-market and procurement strategy, draft/review/ negotiate complex government and AI SaaS contracts, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, manage contract lifecycle and performance issues, and develop training and resources for legal and cross-functional teams.

The Support Operations Engineer will execute and maintain enablement content for onboarding and training in a SaaS environment. They will manage content delivery, track progress, and improve instructional materials based on feedback and performance metrics.

Own support analytics for User Operations: build dashboards and recurring reports, track north-star metrics (cSAT, TTR, QA, escalations), instrument Zendesk, connect support to product/customer data, quantify operational costs of bugs, and measure AI-driven support performance.
