The Enterprise Account Manager will manage enterprise accounts, enhance customer satisfaction, drive retention, and pursue account growth by building strategic relationships with clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Provide commercial and government-contracting legal support across the contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, compliance, risk review, disputes, and contract administration. Advise on FAR, DFARS, procurement rules, state regulatory requirements, flow-down provisions, cybersecurity obligations, and government disclosures. Develop legal templates, playbooks, approval processes, and compliance procedures while partnering with Sales, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Information Security in a remote, international environment.
