Own the technical side of complex enterprise cybersecurity sales cycles, including discovery, demonstrations, workshops, architecture discussions, technical validation, and proofs of concept. Partner with account executives, customers, and channel partners to design security solutions, build trusted relationships, and communicate business value. Mentor sales engineers, establish pre-sales best practices, provide market feedback to internal teams, and support opportunities across Eastern and Central U.S. time zones.

Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding and deployment through adoption, renewals, and account expansion. Coordinate cross-functional implementation efforts, analyze platform usage, conduct QBRs, manage executive relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and serve as a product expert. The role requires strong project management, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, cybersecurity experience—particularly in OT—and approximately 30% customer travel.

Serve as the post-sale technical advisor for customers, guiding onboarding, implementations, integrations, configuration, adoption, and technical enablement. Troubleshoot complex Tier 3 issues, coordinate resolutions with internal teams, document technical success plans, identify adoption risks, and translate customer feedback into product improvements. Support renewals and expansion by demonstrating value, delivering training and workshops, and helping customers achieve business and security outcomes.
