Manages community and peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives, including donor and partner engagement, promotional planning, event support, project logistics, stakeholder collaboration, and program growth. The role develops fundraising opportunities, supports revenue and participation goals, maintains records, improves processes, and delivers projects from concept through completion. It is an individual contributor position requiring collaboration across Philanthropy and external communities.

Own and operate Fred Hutch’s enterprise data governance program within Information Security. Manage data classification, lifecycle management, inventories, lineage, retention, privacy, risk assessments, audits, regulatory compliance, data protection tooling, and data-flow documentation. Partner with Privacy, Legal, GRC, clinical, research, and data leadership teams. Support incident response, AI/ML governance, executive reporting, training, and team mentorship while protecting sensitive clinical, research, and operational data.

Coordinates administrative functions for a clinical research division, supporting faculty, programs, and leadership. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting management, travel arrangements and reimbursements, event and seminar coordination, personnel administration, financial and billing reconciliation, equipment and supply management, policy implementation, and special projects. The role requires independent judgment, organization, proactive communication, problem-solving, and collaborative backup support in a hybrid environment.

Coordinates scientific symposia, conferences, meetings, and program events for the Infectious Disease Sciences Program. Coordinates infectious disease clinical coverage schedules and supports office operations, records, equipment, supplies, calendars, IT requests, and internal reporting. Conduct independent biomedical AI research to personalize cancer treatment using clinical, genomic, and molecular data. Develop statistical models, machine learning and deep learning pipelines, predictive methods, R packages, and Shiny applications. Validate computational approaches and collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and industry partners on translational studies involving treatment outcomes, synthetic control cohorts, patient similars, and digital twins.

Develop and maintain database-driven applications and research data management solutions using Oracle and PostgreSQL. Build database objects, optimize queries, ensure data quality and security, troubleshoot production issues, execute testing, and support research data collection and reporting. Collaborate with researchers, analysts, and data managers to translate requirements into technical solutions while maintaining documentation and potentially providing on-call support.
