Owns end-to-end relationships for an assigned portfolio of digital cloud customers. Responsibilities include proactive check-ins, QBRs, issue triage, coordinating technical resources, maintaining account context, communicating product roadmaps, reducing churn, and driving expansion, cross-sell, upsell, annual-contract conversion, and net revenue retention.

Leads North American new-logo sales for Nexcess Managed Cloud, managing 5–8 Account Executives and owning recurring revenue, bookings, pipeline, forecasting, and quota attainment. The role combines hands-on selling, strategic deal leadership, coaching, recruiting, territory planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Technical Account Management. The Director develops prospecting-led sales motions, drives competitive displacement, improves forecast accuracy, and grows managed cloud, infrastructure, compliance, and security services revenue.
