The Technical Customer Success Manager will manage customer onboarding, troubleshoot issues, build solutions, drive value, and identify growth opportunities.

Design and implement Eon's cloud backup solution for enterprise clients. Lead technical evaluations and POCs, advise on integration, deployment, and tracking strategies, onboard clients, produce technical content, gather feedback to inform product roadmap, and provide occasional onsite support.
