Proactively contact dental practice clients to assess satisfaction, identify open issues and unmet needs, document feedback, route concerns to appropriate team members, escalate urgent relationship risks, and provide weekly leadership reports. The role follows standardized call and tracking processes while building client trust and maintaining accurate documentation.

Support People & Culture by running employee development follow-ups, driving engagement and onboarding improvements, assisting HR administration, aiding hiring and interviews, tracking People KPIs, and reporting to leadership to foster growth, recognition, and a strong company culture.

Maintain and improve a suite of ~35 production automations and internal tools, diagnose and fix silent failures, build new workflows and APIs, support a client portal and compliance product, document systems, manage credential hygiene and AI spending, and own platform reliability after a six-month ramp trained by the owner and Director of IT.
