The People & Culture Director fosters a values-driven workplace culture, advises on employee relations, oversees performance management, and ensures compliance with labor laws, enhancing employee engagement and organizational health.

Manage and grow the docent program: recruit, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate volunteers. Design and maintain equity-centered K–12 and adult gallery learning materials, coordinate docent operations and budgets, produce reports, support in-gallery facilitation, and partner with museum staff to develop best practices for object-based learning and inclusive programming.
