Manage end-to-end payroll for 350+ employees including biweekly processing, reconciliations, tax and retirement reporting, time and attendance administration, leave coordination, compliance, audits, and payroll system improvements. Partner with HR, Finance, and vendors to ensure data integrity, reporting, and process controls; provide employee support and compensation analytics.
