Own end-to-end customer onboarding from kickoff through go-live, including implementation planning, platform configuration, training, stakeholder coordination, and blocker resolution. Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, promote adoption and retention, monitor customer health, and communicate feedback to product, engineering, and sales teams. Create documentation and training materials and assist with product demonstrations.
