Collaborate with science, clinical, partnerships, sales, product, and operations teams while managing agencies or contractors as needed.

Build and scale production AI systems, APIs, data pipelines, retrieval systems, and model-serving infrastructure for consumer and clinician-facing health products. Integrate and fine-tune LLMs and other models, manage AI feature lifecycles from prototyping through monitoring, and ensure reliability and observability. Lead analytics, testing, deliverability, reporting, agency management, and member engagement initiatives for distinct health audiences.

Manage and grow Tiny Health’s B2B partnerships pipeline by sourcing and qualifying leads, running partner conversations, supporting negotiations, closing revenue, and improving forecasting. Build scalable partnership playbooks, trackers, templates, and processes while collaborating with Operations, Marketing, and Science on post-close handoffs. Present data-driven proposals, communicate partner feedback internally, and improve conversion, retention, and deal-cycle speed in a remote-first startup environment.

Optimize creative performance using data while managing stakeholders, priorities, and multiple workstreams.
