Own Tiny Health’s finance function, including monthly close, forecast-to-actual reconciliation, driver-based forecasting, annual planning, financial systems implementation, capital allocation, and executive financial reporting. Lead monthly business reviews and support fundraising decisions. Initially operate hands-on across finance, then hire and develop a controller and FP&A analyst while becoming a strategic financial partner to company leadership.

Own the AI and data product roadmap, prioritize and sequence development with engineering and founders, ship trustworthy AI experiences, drive adoption, define feature success metrics, evaluate outcomes, and manage the analytics foundation. The role requires technical fluency in AI, prior software engineering experience, production AI product delivery, strong product judgment, and comfort working in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.

The VP of Engineering will own engineering strategy, architecture, scaling, hiring, performance management, and people development. This hands-on leader will write and review code, establish technical direction across two pods, develop engineers into technical leads, represent engineering to executives, and partner cross-functionally to prioritize and deliver critical work. Experience in healthcare, HIPAA, or SOC 2 environments is preferred.
