Serve as liaison between U.S. insurance stakeholders and engineering teams to gather and translate complex business and functional requirements into user stories, API specifications, data mappings and acceptance criteria. Support system integrations, AI/automation initiatives, testing, UAT and deployments while coordinating across time zones and participating in Agile ceremonies.
