The Regional Account Executive manages and expands enterprise customer relationships, hunts for new business, develops strategic account plans, coordinates internal resources, and achieves new business, renewal, and quota objectives. The role sells Redis products and services, communicates complex solutions clearly, collaborates with sales, marketing, solution architecture, and customer success teams, and travels as needed within the Texas region.

Manage strategic telecommunications enterprise accounts as the primary post-sale contact. Drive onboarding, adoption, value realization, retention, renewals, and expansion of Redis solutions. Build relationships with DevOps, engineering, and executive stakeholders, deliver business reviews, develop success plans, mitigate churn risks, and advocate for customer needs internally. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, Engineering, and Solutions Architecture while providing technically fluent guidance on cloud, data platforms, and telecom use cases.

Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, software licensing, privacy, vendor, and other commercial agreements. Advise Sales, Procurement, Finance, Product, Security, and other stakeholders on contract risks, data privacy, product launches, and business goals. Improve legal templates, playbooks, and workflows using AI-powered tools while supporting complex transactions and international commercial operations.

Develops Redis-powered solutions for enterprise customers by understanding business and technical needs, leading proofs of concept and pilots, collaborating with architects and developers, supporting account strategies, and presenting Redis technology. The role also gathers customer feedback to improve technical materials and inform product and R&D teams.

Sell Redis Enterprise to enterprise customers in the Greater Seattle/Bellevue territory. Develop territory and account plans, build qualified pipelines, acquire net-new logos, exceed sales quotas, and establish trusted relationships with executive, IT leadership, and developer stakeholders. The role requires consultative selling of complex open-source software across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments, along with strong communication, entrepreneurial drive, and a proven history of sales achievement.

Own new business and expansion sales across hedge fund and asset management accounts. Sell Redis infrastructure, AI and agentic data solutions, and Redis Flex through complex enterprise sales cycles. Build executive relationships, develop account plans, translate technical use cases into business cases, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage procurement and RFP processes, and maintain accurate CRM forecasts. The role requires prospecting, closing net-new logos, competitive displacement, and navigating regulated financial-services buying processes.
