The ServiceNow SAM Integration Developer is responsible for designing and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow SAM and external data sources, leading a team of developers, and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint and Power BI solutions. Build SPFx components, dashboards, integrations, and governance. Troubleshoot, apply updates, mentor juniors, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable BI and collaboration platforms.

Design, build, and deploy agentic, tool-using AI systems in GCCH and federally compliant environments. Implement RAG, structured memory, tool invocation, grounding and validation, and secure microservices on Azure. Ensure auditability, compliance, and operational reliability while supporting ATO processes and integrating with enterprise data sources.
