The Payment Operations Manager will lead a team focused on enhancing client payment experiences, managing payment operations, and driving process improvements.

Lead and deliver multiple concurrent client implementations of an AI-powered AP automation platform. Design tailored project plans, manage stakeholders and timelines, coordinate cross-functional technical work, map and transform client workflows, and ensure successful product adoption, satisfaction, and renewals.
