Build reliable clinical decision-support and medication recommendation systems using patient data, clinical protocols, safety rules, and clinician oversight. Hire, mentor, and grow AI, backend, and full-stack engineers while establishing engineering standards, testing, observability, validation, and regulatory-readiness practices. Partner with clinical, product, design, and AI stakeholders to deliver safe, scalable production systems.
