The Senior Account Executive will lead full-cycle sales for Tailwind software, building a pipeline, closing deals, and attending industry events to drive business growth.

Lead product vision, strategy, and execution for both an internal agent/shared-services platform and a customer-facing SaaS product. Own roadmap, partner with engineering and founder, hire and mentor a Senior PM, drive automation-first workflows, and align cross-functional teams to deliver data-informed product iterations rapidly.
