Lead requirements gathering, process design, and user story development for federal ServiceNow implementations. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, perform gap analyses, define Agile processes, review requirements and functional designs, and guide junior team members. Develop workflows, process maps, data models, UAT plans, SOPs, user guides, and training materials. Ensure solutions comply with federal accessibility and security standards, including Section 508 and FISMA/NIST controls.

Own full-stack delivery for a federal modernization initiative. Analyze complex legacy workflows, identify mission-critical functionality, and translate requirements into scalable applications on the Palantir platform.
