Investigate card transaction disputes (fraud and non-fraud), determine eligibility under card-network rules, manage intake-to-resolution, collect evidence, communicate with customers and partners, escalate fraud or account-takeover cases, maintain records, and use AI/automation to improve dispute processes and efficiency.

Review and verify new customer onboarding applications, perform KYC/KYB, CDD/EDD, sanctions/PEP and adverse media screening, assess AML risk and escalate when needed, communicate with customers and internal teams, and maintain onboarding records and audit trails to ensure regulatory compliance.

As a Crypto Compliance AML Analyst, you will monitor and investigate AML and fraud across crypto transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance while improving systems and processes.
