Lead corporate accounting and global month-end/quarter-end close, own accruals, reconciliations, multi-currency consolidation, and technical accounting (ASC 350-40, ASC 842, ASC 606). Lead global treasury and payments for a high-volume multi-currency business: own cross-border payment flows, cash forecasting, FX hedging, banking relationships, treasury controls, fraud prevention, and deploy AI/automation. Manage a team of four, partner cross-functionally (Finance, Legal, Product, Ops), and support investor and M&A diligence while improving payment rails, liquidity, and provider economics.
