Lead product operations by managing vendor implementations, driving cross-functional projects, building operational systems and tooling, and supporting the CPO. Own vendor relationships, coordinate Engineering/Clinical Operations, use AI tools for productivity, and improve product organization infrastructure to scale.

Lead end-to-end, multi-state enterprise implementations across 10 workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, and escalations. Post-launch, act as primary partner relationship owner to monitor KPIs, run quarterly business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and develop scalable implementation playbooks.
