Execute and optimize Men in Blazers’ social media strategy across major platforms. Create culturally relevant written, visual, photo, and short-form video content; adapt soccer news and existing programming for social channels; manage content calendars, communities, partnerships, and production timelines; monitor performance metrics; and work evenings and weekends around football matches.

Write and produce The Women’s Game newsletter covering women’s soccer, including match previews, recaps, curated news, cultural commentary, and fact-checked copy. Collaborate with editors, newsletter leadership, social media, and marketing teams; participate in editorial brainstorming; maintain brand voice and deadlines; and help manage newsletter scheduling and format development. Weekend availability is required as needed.

Manage planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid campaigns across programmatic, social, video, and search. Handle tagging/tracking in GTM, daily optimizations to meet KPIs, audience research, budget recommendations, performance reporting, and cross-team collaboration with social, creative, content, and partnerships.
