Build and lead Lykos’s business development, sales, capture, and government affairs functions. Secure OEM agreements, qualify repairable part families, convert defense sustainment needs into funded programs, and develop government and industry relationships. Manage capture plans, proposals, forecasting, contracts, and customer feedback while supporting product strategy, facility acquisitions, and policy development. The role requires deep defense or aerospace sustainment and acquisition experience, strong DoW and OEM relationships, contract-closing expertise, technical fluency, and willingness to travel extensively.
