The VP of Software Sales will build and scale the direct sales for Command|Link's SaaS platform, owning sales targets, hiring teams, designing sales motions, and leading customer presentations.

Own the vendor quote tool's data model and integrations, map quoting workflows, translate business needs into functional specs and user stories, define approval logic, run UAT, write SQL to validate pricing and investigate issues, and align procurement, finance, sales operations, and engineering to improve adoption and data quality.

Provide commercial legal support across sales, vendors, finance, HR and operations. Draft, review, and negotiate high-volume MSAs, WSAs, NDAs and partner agreements; advise on international contracting, disputes, employment issues, credit and collections, compliance, and contract process scaling in a fast-growth telecom SaaS environment.
