Provide project coordination and administrative support for succession-planning engagements: prepare deliverables from templates, manage filings and timelines, coordinate third parties and meetings, maintain project management systems, conduct jurisdictional research, and support process improvements while building technical knowledge for future client-facing consulting work.

Lead workstreams on M&A and succession engagements for financial advisors and small-business owners. Build and review financial models, draft client deliverables, coordinate with deal advisors, mentor Associates, and ensure quality and project documentation while contributing to strategy, process improvements, and client-facing communication.
