Own customer onboarding from signed agreement through first results, including sales handoff, stakeholder engagement, technical setup, data validation, use-case development, escalations, and transition to Customer Success Managers. Build scalable onboarding playbooks, systems, and tools; document best practices; train future teammates; and use AI to develop workflows and automations. The role is fully remote and supports mid-market and enterprise brands.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through pilots, business-case development, security, legal, procurement, and contract close. Sell customer intelligence technology to large consumer businesses, manage complex buying committees, expand accounts across use cases, and generate qualified pipeline. Partner with founders, Customer Experience, and Product teams to improve sales motions, pilot conversion, implementation, and customer handoffs.

Onboard new brand customers, coordinate kickoffs, prepare materials, lead platform setup and training, monitor account health, handle support questions and escalations, document customer feedback, and contribute to customer-success playbooks. Build expertise in eCommerce, DTC brand operations, and martech while helping customers adopt OuterSignal and turn data into action.

Own and scale OuterSignal’s agency partner program, customer referral engine, and technology ecosystem partnerships. Build and manage agency relationships, generate qualified sales introductions, increase partner-sourced revenue, administer attribution and rev-share processes, structure referral and marketplace deals, and develop relationships across Shopify, Klaviyo, and the broader commerce ecosystem. The role also leads partner-focused event initiatives and is measured on qualified introductions and closed-won revenue sourced through partners.

Own cross-functional business operations across HR, finance, administration, reporting, compliance, and enterprise trust. Manage onboarding, offboarding, agreements, payroll and benefits administration, hiring support, operating cadences, dashboards, metrics reconciliation, security questionnaires, vendor reviews, data processing agreements, and SOC 2 certification. Lead ambiguous priority projects end to end and build AI-powered automations and internal tools.
