Partner with the VP of Operations and executive team to turn strategy into execution: run company planning (OKRs), operating cadence, KPIs, SOC 2 readiness, acquisition integration, investor/vendor relations, recruiting loops, and cross-functional initiatives while driving AI adoption and scaling processes.

This role focuses on customer onboarding, training, and support in a fast-paced environment, ensuring brands gain value from OuterSignal's insights.

Lead demand generation for the Shopify ecosystem across paid, organic, affiliate, partnerships, and outbound. Scale customer base 10x, deploy a $1M+ budget, run LinkedIn/Meta acquisition, build affiliate and content programs, oversee cold email strategy, work with founders on positioning, and hire and grow the marketing team.
