Own roadmaps, NPI, supplier engagement, manufacturing readiness, quality, and cross-functional alignment. Drive supplier performance, validation, compliance, documentation, and launch activities while balancing cost, scalability, reliability, and deployment objectives across engineering, manufacturing, construction, and operations.

Lead cross-functional new product development programs for data center infrastructure from concept through production. Own integrated schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, construction, commissioning, and operations to ensure manufacturing readiness and successful launch. Maintain program documentation, track issues, drive mitigations, and improve program processes. Travel to supplier, manufacturing, lab, and project sites (25-40%).

The Senior Acoustics Engineer is responsible for acoustic design, noise compliance assessments, and defining noise control measures for BTM power generation and battery energy storage systems at data centers.

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will design gas generation systems, develop design standards, coordinate with utilities, and oversee vendor integration for BTM solutions.

Design, implement, and govern end-to-end software and integration architectures for supply chain, construction, and procurement. Translate business requirements into data models and integration patterns, own technical design through deployment, liaise between business and development teams, document architectures, and support change management and technology evaluations.
