Maintains Microsoft Dynamics CRM records, dashboards, and reporting, supports financial close and audits, and identifies process improvements. Acts as a liaison among project teams, finance, business development, operations, and clients.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, operational, professional, administrative, and leadership roles. Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders, develop sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, assess applicants, coordinate interviews, extend offers, maintain ATS records, monitor recruiting metrics, and improve hiring processes. Support talent initiatives including referrals, university recruiting, military outreach, internships, apprenticeships, and career fairs. Travel may be required for recruiting events.

Leads global payroll and HRIS strategy, operations, compliance, governance, modernization, and technology transformation. Oversees multi-country payroll accuracy, controls, audits, vendor relationships, integrations, reporting, and financial partnerships.
