Leads business analysis for Guidewire PolicyCenter initiatives by eliciting and documenting requirements, clarifying scope, reconciling stakeholder needs, facilitating Agile collaboration, resolving escalated issues, supporting defect testing, and implementing business rules and regulatory changes. Mentors other analysts, translates between technical and business audiences, evaluates change requests, and drives continuous process improvement.

Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle moderate- to high-complexity property and casualty claims. Responsibilities include determining coverage and liability, evaluating damages and reserves, managing defense counsel and experts, developing settlement strategies, identifying subrogation and risk-transfer opportunities, documenting claim activity, communicating with insureds and stakeholders, and monitoring excess claims. The role requires six or more years of claims-handling experience, state licensing, strong communication skills, and knowledge of insurance regulations and civil procedure.

Provide technical underwriting and administrative support for commercial P&C accounts within delegated authority. Analyze submissions, prepare quotes, endorsements, and renewals, document files, collaborate with internal partners, escalate recommendations beyond authority, engage agencies, identify upsell/reinsurance opportunities, and support portfolio reviews to meet KPIs and regulatory requirements.
