Drive sales and business development for Emerald’s Surf Expo portfolio by recruiting exhibitors, building long-term brand partnerships, exceeding revenue targets, and expanding sponsorships and booth sales. Manage leads, proposals, negotiations, contracts, upselling, cross-selling, and account relationships while collaborating with customer success and buyer relations teams. Track performance in internal sales systems and represent the brand through required travel.

Lead sales and business development for Emerald’s Boutique and Swimwear categories at Surf Expo. Build and expand exhibitor relationships, source and close new partnerships, exceed revenue targets, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with Customer Success, Buyer Relations, and development teams to improve client outcomes and optimize the event floor mix. Track performance in internal sales systems while serving as an industry and product expert.
