The Clinical Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment for physician roles, collaborate with hiring managers, utilize AI tools for sourcing, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Provide asynchronous text-based and synchronous video general medicine for adults across the U.S.; perform triage, order/interpret labs and imaging, coordinate specialist e-consults and referrals, maintain clinical continuity, and contribute to workflow and quality improvement.
