As a Founding Customer Success Manager, you'll oversee customer lifecycles, drive adoption, manage risk, and enhance customer engagement while shaping CS processes.

Lead the Developer Experience product lifecycle from ideation to launch. Synthesize customer, community, and user feedback to shape interfaces, CLI, SDKs, and integrations. Partner with engineering on technical requirements and roadmap, prioritize features using research and market analysis, and balance needs of individual developers, enterprise customers, and the open-source community.

Work with Sales to drive enterprise deals by leading technical discovery, demos, POCs, and architectural guidance. Build demos, reference architectures, and onboarding content. Advocate customer needs to Product and Engineering, support deployments, and engage developer communities to accelerate adoption of OpenHands.
