Provides remote, 24/7 technical support for networked biomedical devices, including patient monitors, ventilators, and neurology systems. Troubleshoots hardware, software, Windows applications, embedded operating systems, configurations, and network connectivity. Supports system integration, updates, and interoperability while communicating with healthcare and IT customers. Escalates complex issues, manages support tickets, partners with engineering and quality teams, and represents customer needs. Occasional night, weekend, and holiday on-call coverage is required.

Responsibilities include achieving sales quotas, developing territory business plans, maintaining sales funnels, conducting product presentations and training, managing consultative customer relationships, tracking account purchasing plans, attending trade shows, and collaborating with internal sales resources. The role requires approximately 80% travel and healthcare facility vendor credentialing.
